The Vienna Children’s University takes place from July 11-23, 2022. On the last day of the Vienna Children’s University you can celebrate your graduation.

  • June 1: program online, registration start
  • June 13 (2 p.m.): booking start on
  • July 5 (2 p.m.): closing date for booking
  • July 9: Pick-up day (t-shirt, student ID) at the Campus of the University of Vienna, courtyard 2
  • July 11-22: VCU program (lectures, seminars, workshops)
  • July 23: graduation in the festival hall of the University of Vienna

You must be between 7 and 12 years old to study at the Vienna Children’s University.

When selecting your courses, you must also pay attention to the age restrictions of the individual courses. You can find them directly in the online program.

Participation in the Vienna Children’s University is free of charge. The Vienna Children’s University lives from the support of many partners. We are also very happy about donations.

You decide for yourself how long you want to stay at the Vienna Children’s University, because you put together your own personal program! Decide how many courses you want to attend. If you only come to one course, your visit to the Vienna Children’s University will take about 1 to 2 hours. But you can also visit courses and the break program at the Vienna Children’s University on more days and spend a lot of time at the Vienna Children’s University.
