Booking rules and tips
The 3+4 rule applies to courses: each child may book a maximum of 3 workshops and up to 4 seminars and lectures. This means that you can attend a maximum of 7 courses at the Vienna Children’s University.
You should pay special attention to the following points when choosing your courses:
- Plan time for travel between locations: The Vienna Children’s University takes place at several locations. Plan time for the journey between two courses, preferably at least 60 minutes.
- Note the mandatory 30-minute break between courses at the same location: You can only book courses that are at least 30 minutes apart. This will give you enough time to get your stamp and go to the meeting point.
- Watch the age restrictions: Many courses are for all children between the ages of 7 and 12, but some are specially designed for children from 7 to 9 and others are specially designed for children from 10 to 12.
- Please handle your subscription responsibly: If you book a course and then don’t come, you are taking another child’s place.
