In mid-September, the children’s university went on tour again and took place to several schools in Lower Austria. On site, they experimented with questions such as “Where does sugar disappear into water”, “How does a tornado develop” or “How does a battery work” and gave short interactive lectures on topics such as “Dry grassland as a habitat” or “On the tracks of the wildcat”. Cooperation partners of the Children’s University on Tour are the Kaiserschild Stiftung, the Nature Park Leiser Berge and the National Park Thayatal. more…
